Criteria to make sure that the services we provide to our clients are of the highest standards and meet their exact requirements. The system also has procedures to continually assess and analyse our operations enabling us to maintain and improve the services we can provide.
We are also certified for ISO 14001 Environmental Management to show our commitment to the environment and minimise the impact we have on the environment at all our sites.

The CRA are the Uks leading authority for concrete repairs and are committed to the promotion and development of concrete repairs and its allied disciplines, by the setting of high standards of workmanship and technical competence. In order to become members, contractors must be able to demonstrate a proven track record and overall proven ability. They must also be Q.A accredited to ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Standards, and also conform to the Associations Codes of Practice and Training requirements.
