INTRODUCTION

The contract was for the concrete repairs to beams and columns of the pier which had deteriorated over the years. The works have been programmed over a number of years with 2 bays being completed each year. South West Concrete Repairs Ltd were sub-contracted by Symons Construction to carry out work on bays 8-10.
